I remember watching Clueless for the first time in junior high and wondering, ‘how the hell does she wear these outfits to school?! Granted, I went to private Jewish schools from preschool through twelfth grade, and we had to adhere to a dress code. But I always admired the cutesy, flirty looks that Cher and her disciples wore.
So now that the 90s resurgence is in full swing, I can live out my best Cher looks with little backpacks, cropped tops and miniskirts. Pull out your white collarless shirt from Fred Segal and join me, won’t you?
