One of my favorite things about the new year is finding out what Pantone’s Color of the Year will be.  Despite the disaster that was the year 2016, I loved Rose Quartz and Serenity.  This year, there is only one COTY, but it’s a good one.

According to Pantone, this year’s shade, Greenery, is even more relevant to a new year than ever: “A refreshing and revitalizing shade, Greenery is symbolic of new beginnings.  Greenery is a fresh and zesty yellow-green shade that evokes the first days of spring when nature’s greens revive, restore and renew.  Through its reassuring, assertive vibrancy and vitality, PANTONE 15-0343 Greenery gives us the self-assurance and boldness to live life on our own terms, redefining what makes us successful and happy.”
