My Style: Dark(er) Times

Finding the right hair stylist can be hard, but it is so important.  Unlike semi-permanent beauty like makeup or nails, your hair is always on your head, and you don’t want to have to be constantly maintaining it and worrying about it.  I’ve written before about my amazing hair guru, Katherine, who is the only person I trust to touch my hair – I’m a bit of a control freak.  But she truly understands my mane; the color is always exactly what I want, and she knows without me even having to tell her.

We made me very blonde this summer, and it was fun until we remembered that my love for the beach would take my already naturally-blonde hair from platinum to white real quick… So this week for fall, we went back to my natural, darker color: dirty blonde.  So far, I’m loving it and the compliments have been pouring in!

If you’re in the Boston area, give Katherine a call at Evie Salon!  She’ll change your life.  Love, Me
