One-pieces have been everywhere this summer, and as someone who prefers them to bikinis, I’ve been thrilled at how many new options there are!  My favorite style is the high-cut, throwback-esque Baywatch swimsuit, which elongates your legs and has such a sleek, slimming effect.

My favorite brand for this newly-revived style, Solid & Striped, is blowing up right now.  Their red, white and blue ‘Americana’ swimsuit was the outfit of choice for Taylor Swift, Gigi Hadid, and others this July 4th.  I actually own multiple swimsuits, and I’m proud to say that being the trendsetter that I am, I bought my first S&S suit way back in March for spring break!

This particular style, the Anne Marie, comes in multiple colors and stripe options.  They even have an adorable International Collection of vintage-inspired suits in honor of this summer’s Olympics!  It’s such high-quality material, so it really holds its shape and is so flattering.  I love how comfortable it is, and I always get so many compliments whenever I wear one of my suits.  On a more personal note, my mom used to have an awesome striped one-piece when I was a little girl, and I like to emulate her in as many ways as I can!  She says that they’re her favorites of all my swimsuits.
