First off: yes, I know how to spell stars, but my last name is Starr.  Just in case you thought I titled this post and did not know how to spell.  I do!

Anyway, how are you coping with coming back from a long weekend?  I had an amazing time on the Cape with my family, as well as some great girlfriend time last night with some of my oldest friends.  My dad barbecued, we lay in the sun, and the Boston fireworks were mind-blowing, as always.  All in all, an absolutely splendid weekend.  Life should always be this good!

How beautiful is my grandma? My daddy, the carnivore, making my vegetable kabobs.My specialty, foil-grilled corn.  Recipe to come soon…I brought her this to taste, and she ate the entire thing.  Must be good…Backyard sunset on July 3.Daddy and Emma playing my mom’s new favorite game, BoccePretending I actually know how to surf and don’t just use this board for floating and tanningWatching the fireworks on my parents roof with my friends.  Always one of my favorite times of the year.
