It’s every girl’s dream to jet off to a glamorous European city for the weekend. And that’s just what I did before Thanksgiving! I am so lucky to have wonderful parents who take me to beautiful places. I got to shop, see my family, and explore a gorgeous city that I hadn’t been to in a long time…
Hanging out in the lounge of our gorgeous hotel, the Park Tower in Knightsbridge
Our room overlooked Hyde Park and Harrods!
Whoever says London is always rainy didn’t spend last weekend under gorgeous blue skies!
More like “you used to call me on a payphone,” amiright, Drake?
Since there’s no Thanksgiving in the UK, they put up their Christmas decorations even earlier. I’m not complaining!
It snowed for about an hour on Saturday morning!
Breakfast in bed was just a box of Laduree macaron.
Hyde Park has the most awesome, enormous Winter Wonderland, which is part carnival, part amusement park (apparently these are different things), and part Christmas market!
Fresh, hot sunflower oil donut. Too delish.
Looks like a regular carousel, right?
Just kidding, its a bar. And it really does spin, which made it even harder to carry my mulled wine!
Loved all the little Christmas shops!
I may or may not have gotten drunk on mulled wine at 11 AM…
Great dinner with some of our closest family friends! They came to London to attend the same event as Daddy.
The most delicious vegetarian pot pie!
Literally freaked out about finally getting to Kings Cross.
One of my favorite boys moved to England for med school. So good to see him!
Perks of jet lag: actually being awake to see gorgeous sunrises.
The streets in our neighborhood were straight out of Mary Poppins. I was in love!
The ultimate English brunch: milky tea, hot scones with jam and clotted cream.
