Honey Hydration with Farmacy

Honey is one of those Mother Earth miracles that is so good for us, it’s almost magical.  It’s a natural humectant, preserving and retaining moisture, which our skin so desperately needs.  Honey is also a natural antibacterial, so it’s great for acne-prone skin, both healing and preventing blemishes.  The antioxidants help slow down aging, all while moisturizing and soothing your skin.  It’s got something for everyone.  Need I say more?

I’m actually wearing the mask as I write this review, because I’m trying to live in the moment more.  It’s the second Farmacy product I’ve tried (I love their kale sheet masks), and I really love it, from the packaging to the product itself.  It comes in a beautiful glass jar shaped like a honeycomb, and from the golden hue and fresh scent, the goo inside could be mistaken for pure honey.  Its full name, Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask with Echinacea GreenEnvy™, is as action-packed as its powerhouse ingredients: honey, royal jelly, propolis, and echinacea, to name a few.

You massage the mask on your face for a few minutes, feeling it warm up and turn from clear to creamy.  Leave on for ten to fifteen minutes longer and then rinse and pat dry.  Though it feels a little sticky to the touch, it melts away easily with water.  The results: clear, nourished, glowing skin.  And the consumer study report is stellar; 100% of users reported “a younger appearance and a more glowing, smooth complexion… an increase in moisture and their skin was more nourished,” while 97% said noticed a clearer complexion.

As for me, I truly enjoy using this mask, despite my usual preference of sheet mask over any wash-off mask.  Grab a sample at your local Sephora or head to Farmacy’s website and get 15% off your first order!

Love, Me
