My Favorite Breakfast

As a vegetarian, I rely on eggs for a large portion of my weekly protein intake, and while I’ve always loved breakfast foods, I’ve never really been someone who eats breakfast on a regular basis. Even though I know that eating breakfast fuels your energy levels for the entire day, and helps you lose weight, I find it hard to make the time when I know I could be getting some extra sleep!  This is my favorite power-up breakfast; I wish I had time to make this every day…

What You Need:

1 Avocado

2 Eggs

2 slices Trader Joe’s Whole Grain Gluten-Free Bread

Cayenne Pepper

Truffle Salt

Canola Oil Spray

dsc_0146I’m obsessed with cayenne pepper, and put it on almost everything.  It’s also really good for detoxing, and gives you an extra kick in the morning!
