As a vegetarian, I rely on eggs for a large portion of my weekly protein intake, and while I’ve always loved breakfast foods, I’ve never really been someone who eats breakfast on a regular basis. Even though I know that eating breakfast fuels your energy levels for the entire day, and helps you lose weight, I find it hard to make the time when I know I could be getting some extra sleep! This is my favorite power-up breakfast; I wish I had time to make this every day…
What You Need:
1 Avocado
2 Eggs
2 slices Trader Joe’s Whole Grain Gluten-Free Bread
Cayenne Pepper
Truffle Salt
Canola Oil Spray
I’m obsessed with cayenne pepper, and put it on almost everything. It’s also really good for detoxing, and gives you an extra kick in the morning!
When I’m not particularly hungry, I forgo the eggs and just have avo toast
