It was so hot last week that I could barely stand to go outside for more than five minutes. I’m not someone who sweats a lot, but for temperatures above ninety, even my body can’t stay cool. But summer is going to be over soon, and I know I’ll be trapped inside soon enough, so I have to live while I can, right? I took some good shots last week, so I thought I’d share how beautiful Boston can be, even in the hottest heat…
How nice is the patio at my new office? I eat breakfast out here when I get to work a little early!
Barking Crab is a legendary Boston eatery right on the water! The ocean breeze makes dining in the heat bearable.
I like to walk over the bridge instead of taking the trolley stop near my building. Extra exercise, sunshine, and ocean air!
My parents have a great roof deck with views of the entire city. We like to eat outside in the summer whenever we can, so I cooked them a big, healthy meal.
Pavilion seats at A-Rod’s last game at Fenway. We lost, but at least Papi hit better than he did!
Fenway Park has its own little garden, how cute!
Even though it was 97 degrees at the game, there’s no place I’d rather be. Best place in the city, maybe even the world.
Have a great week! XX, Gabrielle
