Inside Out

You know when you were little, and your parents told you that inner beauty was more important than outer beauty?  Well, they were kind of right!  There are some people that can eat whatever they want, and not gain weight or get acne, but the majority of us need to watch what we put into our bodies if we want to look and feel our best.

I’ve been a vegetarian since I was eight, and recently cut way back on dairy, processed sugars and carbs.  I eat a mostly plant-based diet because I’m busy, lazy, and need a lot of sleep.  I’ve found that I have more energy by eating clean, but I also don’t always want to go to the gym, and I feel less guilty about skipping a workout because I know that I’m eating well.  In addition to my diet, I’ve also added some vitamins, supplements and other treats that help me take care of myself…main-original-640x0cLiquid Chlorophyl – This is one of the easiest things to add to your diet, because it has no taste, and goes right into a glass of water!  Studies show that it is good for your skin, increased energy, and helps you control hunger.
