Happy (late) Independence Day!  I hope everyone had a great July 4th, filled with family, fun and fireworks!!!  From mid-May to Labor Day, I spend almost every weekend at my family’s beach house on Cape Cod.  It is most definitely my happy place; I am a city girl by upbringing, so our Cape house is the only place where I’ve ever had a backyard AND the ocean right down the street!  I spent my weekend on the beach, reading in my backyard, and staying up all night with friends, a bonfire, beer, and a campy guitar-singalong.  Here’s a couple snaps from my holiday weekend:
