Glossier’s First Mascara is Lash Extensions in a Tube

It took Glossier 248 formulations, but Lash Slick is finally here. And like almost every one of their products, it was worth the wait.

I’m the kind of girl who always says they’re going to go easy on the mascara during the day, and ends up putting so much on. It goes from “I want it to look like I have lash extensions” to “10 coats of mascara” faster than a car at the Indy 500. Impulse control has never been my strong suit.

That being said, one of the reasons I love Glossier‘s makeup so much is because I can create these subtly beautiful, natural looks for myself. I find that their products enhance my features to make me feel pretty, rather than concealing or correcting flaws I imagine I have.

So when Lash Slick debuted last week, I ordered one for myself and one for my mom. Like allย Glossier products, it’s cruelty-free and dermatologist-tested. Being an eye product, it’s also ophthalmologist-tested and safe for sensitive eyes and contact-wearers. It claims to be water-resistant, and 91%+ of people say it doesn’t flake or smudge, and lasts all day. My favorite part is that it’s made with vegan biotin, so it conditions your lashes and makes them stronger over time.

I’ve been wearing it daily since I got it, and I love how it gives me natural-but-better lashes! It stays on all day, with no smudging, but comes off fairly easily when I wash my face with Milky Jelly. I can’t imagine stopping using it any time soon.
