You know that Maren Morris song where she sings, “I’m a 90s baby in my 80s Mercedes?’  That’s how I feel about the beauty trend forecast for this spring and summer.  The 80s are back, with epic colors for eyes and lips that past decades decried as too loud.  They’re a little more sophisticated, and the products have fewer chemicals, but the hues are the same.

It’s not meant to go with a full face either: the trend feels fresh because it goes hand in hand with clean, glowing skin rather than cakey foundation and powders.  Into The Gloss calls it a way to ‘have fun with makeup again,’ and I couldn’t agree more!
