Obsessed With: Glossier Mega Greens Galaxy Pack

To date, Mega Greens Galaxy Pack is the only Glossier product I haven’t reviewed!  Although I adore all my Glossier products, this mask one is a standout for me.  And it would have to be, since I’m openly in favor of sheet masks over any mask I have to wash off!

I keep a mostly vegan and gluten-free diet because I learned when I was self-treating my acne that what I ate would affect my skin.  Giving up coffee, dairy, and gluten made a huge difference for my skin.  Luckily, I’ve never been a picky eater when it came to vegetables and fruit; I actually prefer produce to any other kind of food!  Even if you can’t give up some or all of the various food groups that I avoid (within moderation), I recommend making the majority of your diet leafy greens and other fruits and vegetables high in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals!  You will feel and see a difference in your body and skin.

MGGP is packed with so many amazing ingredients, including spinach and watercress, orange peel, white clay, avocado oil, aloe, and eight superfruits including acai!  These combined ingredients hydrate, nourish, soothe and purify your skin.  But the mask is gentle: I applied it after my Naturopathica Sweet Cherry Brightening Enzyme Peel when my skin was open and vulnerable, a potentially risky move.  I left it on for twenty minutes while I watched an episode of Bob’s Burgers, enduring only mild tingling, and then washed it off using my Eve Lom Muslin Cloth.  The mask dissolves easily with warm water – always my biggest concern with wash-off masks – and my skin looked brighter, clearer, and simply glowing.
